on reassignment.

On the 23rd of October 1968 the Sand Lake Hutterian Brethren Association en*412tered into a written contract with the W. M. Scott Livestock Co., a North Dakota corporation, and Preston W. Scott, to purchase for $344,780 approximately 2,200 acres of land in South Dakota. The Brethren were to pay $50,000 on the date of the contract and the balance on or before December 20, 1968. The purchaser took the property subject to any and all easements of record and all outstanding leases or rental agreements.
