The trustees of the Seaport Condominium at Marina Bay Trust (trustees) appeal from a Superior Court interlocutory order4 denying, after a hearing, their motion for authorization to record a memorandum of lis pendens on real estate once owned by defendant Seaport Partners Limited Partnership (partnership). The plaintiffs are trustees of a 125-unit condominium located at Marina Bay in North Quincy.
