Lawrence E. Trent and his wife, Bessie L. Trent (“the Trents”), appeal from the decision of the common pleas court that affirmed the decision of the German Township Board of Zoning Appeals denying the Trents their application for a conditional use permit and a variance to allow for building of an additional house in land zoned for agricultural use.
