Fierke v. Elgin City Banking Co.

Frederick A. Fierke filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court of Kane county against the Elgin City Banking Company, executor and trustee under the last will and testament of John F. Fierke, deceased, Frank J. Fierke, Mary Fierke, his wife, their two sons, and Edith Fierke, wife of complainant, for specific performance of an alleged oral contract by decedent to leave at his death certain real and personal property to complainant.
