Pauline Ropacki filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court of Cook county against Walter Ropacki, Sophia Ropacki, his wife, and other persons to declare the complainant’s ownership of a life estate in certain improved real property and to enjoin the prosecution of forcible detainer suits against the tenants occupying the property.
