This case is before us on review of a statutory adjudication of water rights in water district No. 17, irrigation division No. 2. The sole parties to the case in this court are the Holbrook Irrigation District and The Fort Lyon Canal Company, hereinafter respectively designated as the district or the Holbrook district, and the company. The district sued out a writ of error to review that part of the decree which awards certain priorities to the company.
