*844Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Tomei, J.), rendered June 8, 2004, as amended on January 3, 2005, convicting him of sodomy in first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, and robbery in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment as amended, is affirmed.
