*786Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Pitts, J.), rendered September 3, 2003, convicting him of grand larceny in the second degree (five counts), grand larceny in the third degree (twelve counts), and scheme to defraud in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
