This cause originally came before the Court upon the Motion For Order of Dismissal of this Chapter 12 case by creditor Grower Service Corporation (hereafter “Grower”), and upon Debtor’s Response. Memoranda were filed on the Motion, and a Hearing was held. At the Hearing, the Court instructed the parties to file additional memoranda.
