ORDER RE: DEBTOR’S MOTION TO CONVERT TO CHAPTER 11 CASE

WILLIAM L. EDMONDS, Bankruptcy Judge.

Debtor James Gregerson moves to convert this ease to chapter 11 under 11 U.S.C. § 1208. Berne Cooperative Association (hereinafter “Berne”) objects to conversion. It has filed a motion to dismiss the case. Hearing on the motion to dismiss has not yet been held. The chapter 12 standing trustee supports conversion to chapter 11.
