ORDER OVERRULING MOTION TO CONVERT AND GRANTING MOTIONS FOR DISMISSAL

This matter is before the Court upon Federal Land Bank of Louisville’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, Farmers Production Credit Association of Ash-land’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and Application for an Order for Relief from Stay, Prohibiting or Conditioning Use of Collateral or in the alternative Abandonment.
