MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
A. THOMAS SMALL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the court is the multifaceted “Motion to Dismiss or to Convert to Chapter 11, for Relief from the Automatic Stay or, in the Alternative, for Adequate Protection and for Sequestration of Rents, Income, Etc.” (as amended on March 12, 1987) filed by Branch Banking and Trust Company (“BB & T”). A response was filed by Wachovia Bank and Trust Company (“Wachovia”) and a hearing was held in Raleigh, North Carolina on March 16, 1987.
