The plaintiff brought this action, pursuant to General Statutes § 47-31, against the Bridgeport City Trust Co., Trustee (hereinafter bank) and the town of Trumbull for a judgment determining and settling the title to certain land. In her complaint, the plaintiff claims title to property known as Judson Street by adverse possession. Because title to realty held in fee by a municipality for a public use cannot be acquired by adverse possession; Goldman v.
