STAHL, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-appellant Vladimir Cabrera appeals his conviction for possession of a document-making implement under 18 U.S.C. § 1028 (1994 & Supp.1996). Specifically, he (a) asserts that under a proper interpretation of § 1028, the prosecution presented insufficient evidence upon which to ground a conviction and (b) challenges the district court’s decision to limit the scope of cross-examination of a particular government witness. We affirm.
