This is an original proceeding before the Supreme Court to review an award made by the State Industrial Commission on May 17, 1930, in favor of respondent Peter A. I-Iornberger. The record discloses that respondent was in the employ of petitioner, and while so employed, on September 14, 1927, he suffered an accidental injury resulting in fracture of the left arm.
