This action was commenced in the Supreme Court of the state of Oklahoma by Benjamin 0. Ward, plaintiff in error, against the Beatrice Creamery Company, defendant in error, to review a decision of the State Industrial Commission, denying him compensation for injury claimed to have been received while In the employ of the defendant in error. Notice of injury was filed with the State Industrial Commission on the 21st day of May, 1923.
