OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael D. Walters, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of one count of murder and one count of felonious assault. Because the trial court properly denied defendant's motion to sever, because sufficient evidence and the manifest weight of the evidence support defendant's convictions, and because defendant was properly sentenced, we affirm.
