This is a protest against the collector’s assessment of duty on a bronze statue imported from France at 20 per centum ad valorem under the provision in paragraph 1547 (a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 for "statuary, sculptures, or copies, replicas, or *229reproductions thereof,” not specially provided for. It is claimed that the article is entitled to free entry under the provision in paragraph 1807 for “original sculptures or statuary, including not more than two replicas or reproductions of the same,” or, in the alternative, under paragraph 1773 as sculpture imported for use as…
