The trial court set aside a verdict for the plaintiff and rendered judgment for the defendants because the evidence failed to show any “actual or constructive notice of the defect or of a dangerous condition” on land of the defendant corporations to support recovery for the personal injuries sustained by the minor plaintiff while walking on the defendants’ land. Its action raises the only question on appeal.
