The dispositive issue in this appeal 1 is whether there was sufficient evidence of the defendant’s identity to support a jury verdict finding him guilty of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134, 2 and conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-48. 3 Following atrial, the jury found the defendant guilty on both counts, and the trial court rendered judgment of conviction in accordance with the verdict.
