Plaintiffs, Robert and Marian Helmus, filed their Complaint in the Circuit Court *809for the County of Kent, State of Michigan, on or around August 9, 2011. On September 22, 2011, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”), timely removed the action to this Court. All of the claims arise out of a mortgage Plaintiffs obtained on their real property located at 8109 Oldfield Ct. SE, Byron Center, Michigan (“Property”).
