¶ 1. Eliseo Peralta appeals the judgment convicting him of conspiracy to deliver cocaine and the order denying his postconviction motions. Peralta argues that the trial court erred in entering the judgment of conviction and denying his postconviction motions because the complaint—which formed the basis for Peralta's guilty plea and conviction—did not allege facts sufficient to constitute conspiracy.
