¶1 John Makoons Peterson appeals a judgment, entered upon a jury's verdict, convicting him of one count of conspiracy to deliver more than fifty grams of methamphetamine. Peterson argues the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support his conviction because the State failed to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he entered into a single agreement with one or more individuals to deliver more than fifty grams of methamphetamine to third parties.
