¶ 1. Matthew R. Steffes appeals the judgment convicting him of two counts of conspiracy to commit theft by fraud, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 939.31, 943.20(l)(d), and 939.62 (2009-10).1 He also appeals the order denying his postconviction motion.
