DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, International Truck and Engine Corporation, requests a writ of mandamus ordering respondent Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate its order granting the application of respondent Edward C. Moritz ("claimant") for an additional award for a violation of a specific safety requirement ("VSSR"), and to enter an order denying the application.
