This class action was commenced on October 15, 2006. Pursuant to the First Amended Complaint (FAC) filed on April 2, 2007, Plaintiff Jose Hernandez, as class representative, has sued defendants Leo Balakian, Anthony Balakian, and Vince Balakian, owners of Fruit Patch, Inc.
