SIMONS, Circuit Judge.

Our former opinion in this much litigated patent controversy involving automobile pistons is reported at 92 F.2d 330, under identical style, but including disposition of the companion cases brought by appellants against the Aberdeen Motor Supply Company, No. 7024, and the F. E. Rowe Sales Company, No. 7025.
