OPINION
DONNELLY, Judge
Defendants, KAC, Inc. (KAC), and Tract C, a partnership, have each filed separate appeals from a judgment issued in an inter-pleader action brought by Albuquerque National Bank. The trial court held that KAC and Tract C had forfeited their rights under a real estate contract and adjudicated that the realty covered by the agreement had revested in Albuquerque Ranch Estates, Inc. (ARE).
