Christopher C. Huff brought this civil action for damages against Raymond Swartz, alleging tortious interference with a business relationship. The district court for Douglas County, Nebraska, granted Swartz’ motion for summary judgment, and Huff appealed. In an unpublished opinion, the Nebraska Court of Appeals determined that there were genuine issues of material fact which precluded summary judgment, and reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
