The Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association (“KBA”) has recommended to this Court that Raymond Brian Rice, whose KBA member number is 85579 and whose bar roster address is 3225 Pebble Lake Dr. Lexington, KY 40515, be suspended from the practice of law for five (5) years.
