Plaintiffs Raymond V. Calzada and Ruth A. Calzada, husband and wife, by their amended complaint, sought to set aside a trustee’s sale under a second deed of trust executed by them in favor of one Fannie H. Carelli securing a promissory note in the principal sum of $2,615.42, and which had been purchased by the defendant Rose Sinclair, the wife of defendant J. M. Sinclair, an attorney at law who had been retained by plaintiffs to represent them in connection with threatened foreclosure proceedings on a first deed of trust encumbering the same real…
