This action was brought by the plaintiff for an accounting and to recover from the defendants various sums of money claimed to be due her by reason of the acts and conduct of the defendants in connection with the application and distribution of the proceeds of the sale of what was known as the Black Oak group of mines in Tuolumne County and in which plaintiff was the owner of an undivided one-sixth interest.
