The plaintiff, Hexagon Holdings, Inc. (Hexagon), appeals from the grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant McKenna Roofing and Construction, Inc. (McKenna). This matter originally appeared before the Court on an order to show cause why the issues in the case should not be summarily decided.
