State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance v. McGuire

This case involves a coverage dispute under an automobile insurance policy issued by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company to Basil and Virginia McGuire. The McGuires had been long-time policy holders with State Farm. On January 10, 1992, they purchased a Dodge Diplomat automobile. At that time, the McGuires owned two other cars, both of which were insured with State Farm. A week after acquiring the Diplomat, the McGuires insured it with State Farm as well.
