OPINION

LANGDON, Justice.

This is a condemnation proceeding initiated by the City of Wichita Falls (appellant) against M. Z. and Bob B. Thompson and their respective wives (appellees), owners of the land involved which is situated in an area where plans for construction of Lake Arrowhead for a municipal water supply for appellant City was commenced in 1960. About 155 acres of the Thompson lands involved are situated in the actual lake basin and about 46 acres above the lake level.
