The principal question here for decision is whether the commissioners’ court oi Brazoria County has authority to condemn a portion of the center of Grand Boulevard, a street in the unincorporated town of Pearland for the purpose of constructing a fire station to house a fire truck belonging to Brazoria county and which is used by the Pearland Volunteer Fire Department, an unincorporated association.
