Plaintiffs-appellants, Anthony and Antonia Iwenofu and their son, Ted Iwenofu, appeal from the judgment of the trial court that granted summary judgment to defendants, St. Luke School and Sister Mary Kozak, as well as from the judgment of the trial court that dismissed plaintiffs’ complaint against defendant Cleveland Catholic Diocese. On appeal, plaintiffs raise seven assignments of error, six challenging the judgment in favor of St. Luke School and Sister Kozak and one challenging the judgment in favor of the diocese.
