The husband brought an action of divorce on the grounds of desertion and indignities. Testimony was taken before Judge Musmanno, who dismissed the libel. The husband has appealed.
The parties were married February 16, 1916, in Ash-land, New York. The libellant was employed by the American Locomotive Company at Schenectady from 1909 until September 30, 1937, with the exception of three years during which time he was employed by the General Electric Company.
