This is an action in divorce by William H. Dearth against Carrie A. Dearth. The grounds set forth in the libel are (1) cruel and barbarous treatment, and (2) indignities to the person. A responsive answer was filed by the respondent. The case was heard in open court before Thompson, J., who granted a decree on the ground of indignities.
