In this civil action, plaintiff George E. Hopkins, a white male, has sued his former employer, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (“BG & E” or the “Company”), asserting claims of sex discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”). Plaintiff alleges that he was sexually harassed by his male supervisor at BG & E and that he was disciplined by that supervisor and by others after he complained to BG & E officials about the supervisor’s conduct.
