Gregory Lutz and Dorothy Becker (“Plaintiffs”) filed a class-action suit *990against their former employer, Huntington Bancshares, Inc. and Huntington National Bank (collectively, “Huntington” or “the Bank”), alleging that the Bank failed to pay overtime compensation as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219.
