Maricle v. Spiegel

These cases arose out of an automobile accident which occurred on August 2, 1979, in Boone County, Nebraska. Chip Maride was severely injured when his pickup truck collided at a rural intersection with a Mobil tank truck owned by the defendant Richard A. Spiegel and driven by the defendant Rick A. Spiegel. An action was brought by Vernetta Maride as guardian and conservator of Chip Maride to recover damages for his personal injuries.
