Defendants in this case have been charged in a two-count indictment involving conspiracy to commit securities fraud, wire fraud, and commercial bribery; and with the substantive offense of securities fraud. Trial on this matter had been scheduled to commence on October 18, 2004 but the defendants have requested an adjournment. Defendant Michael Zam-bouros (“Zambouros”) has filed two pretrial motions.
