This case reaches this Court again from the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States, reversing our prior decision, Adoptive Couple v. Baby Girl, 398 S.C. 625, 731 S.E.2d 550 (2012), and remanding the case for further proceedings “not inconsistent with” its opinion. Adoptive Couple v. Baby Girl, 570 U.S. -, -, 133 S.Ct. 2552, 2565, 186 L.Ed.2d 729 (2013).
