A complaint was filed by Maurice Mize Wiseman, hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”, objecting to the discharge of a debt owed by Dr. Harvey Weingarten, hereinafter referred to as “Debtor”. Plaintiff obtained a judgment against the Debtor in the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County on December 14, 1983 in the amount of $80,000.00.
