DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt. The Plaintiff brings her Complaint to determine dischargeability pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 528(a)(2)(A) which excepts from discharge those debts which arise from a debtor’s fraudulent actions. The Plaintiffs allegation of fraud stems from the Defendant’s failure to pay for certain screen printing services that the Plaintiff performed on a large number of sweatshirts.
