DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs’ Complaint to Determine Dischargeability. At issue at this Trial was the dischargeability of two related debts: (1) Fifteen Thousand dollars ($15,000.00) in personal loans; and (2) Seventy-three Thousand Four Hundred dollars ($73,400.00) in corporate debt. The statutory basis upon which the Plaintiffs’ cause of action relies is 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) which generally excludes from the scope of a bankruptcy discharge those debts incurred by fraud.
