This appeal involves a dispute over the distribution of property in a trust created by Eva Scroggin’s six sons for her support. Appellants Richard Doyle Scrog-gin, Carroll Scroggin, and Benny Scroggin are Eva’s three surviving sons. Appellees Wilhelmina Scroggin, Michael Scroggin, Ann Pol-ston, Robert Scroggin, Beatrice Scroggin, and Alice Scroggin Chi-cóme are the surviving spouses and children of Eva’s three deceased sons.
