Landis, as Attorney General pf the State of Florida, for and on behalf of the State, and on relation pf Elizabeth Hungerford Goodwin, a widow, and the Reverend Richard Wright, against the Robert Hungerford Industrial School, a non-profit Florida corporation, and Johñ C.
