Edwin Miller, Jr. and his wife Donna Miller appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County that granted a “motion for post-trial relief,” in the nature of a directed verdict, on behalf of the Lykens Sewer, Water and Sanitation Department (the Authority).
